Cable Gland With Strain Relief MM
Cable Gland with Strain Relief MM is a waterproof fixing head designed for industrial cable protection. It is made of high-density nylon 66 material (UL94V-2 certified), with integrated spiral locking structure and stress relief claws to effectively prevent cable damage caused by vibration, bending or external force. It is suitable for 3-28mm cable diameter range, meets IP68 protection level, and is suitable for power distribution systems, mechanical control boxes and outdoor equipment.
Waterproof and dustproof: Double-layer silicone seal + spiral locking structure, IP68 certified, can be submerged in 1 meter of water and continue to work.
Mechanical stress resistance: Built-in stainless steel clamping claws and nylon clamping rings disperse the stress points of the cable and reduce the risk of bending and breaking by 90%.
Corrosion resistance: Nickel-plated brass lock nut and nylon body, resistant to acid, alkali, oil and extreme temperatures of -40℃~100℃.

What is the function of the anti-bending spiral structure of the cable connector?
Disperse mechanical stress
The spiral structure distributes the tension and bending force of the cable evenly to the entire contact surface through physical form design, avoiding damage to the cable sheath or internal conductor caused by stress concentration.
