Customized Insulated Terminal

We use high-purity electrolytic copper substrate and heat-resistant insulating sleeve (PVC / nylon) to ensure excellent conductivity (conductivity ≥ 98% IACS) and insulation performance (voltage resistance ≥ 3000V). The products are UL and VDE certified and comply with international standards such as IEC 60947 and SAE J1654. We can respond quickly to customized needs and provide different wire diameter adaptation (0.5-10mm²), special insulation grades (temperature resistance - 40℃ to + 125℃) and personalized terminal shape customization.
