Tensile strength reaches 120-150MPa, with standard models offering a tensile force range of 40-175 psi (approximately 181-785N), and heavy-duty models capable of withstanding up to 79.4KG of tensile force.

Utilizing a one-piece molded self-locking structure with evenly distributed anti-slip teeth, it is not prone to loosening after tightening and can withstand 2000 cycles of dynamic vibration testing without loosening.

The strap body exhibits excellent toughness, maintaining an elongation at break of 15%-25%, preventing brittle fracture. The smooth, burr-free edges will not scratch the secured object or hands.

Environmental and Chemical Resistance
Wide operating temperature range: standard models are -40℃ to 85℃, while the high-temperature customized model can withstand 121℃. After treatment in low-temperature environments, there is no risk of cracking.

The black model contains a UV stabilizer, retaining 92% of its tensile strength after 1000 hours of QUV ultraviolet light testing, with an outdoor service life of at least 2 years.

It has strong chemical resistance and can withstand industrial media such as engine oil, antifreeze, and diesel. After being immersed for one month, it still retains 98% of its performance. However, it is less resistant to strong acids and phenolic substances.
