Mountable Cable Tie
A mountable cable tie is a specialized fastening tool designed to secure cables, wires, and other items to surfaces such as walls, panels, or equipment. Unlike traditional zip ties, this innovative product combines a durable nylon strap with a built-in mounting base, offering a permanent or semi-permanent solution for organizing and anchoring cables in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Dual Design for Stability
Each mountable cable tie features a self-locking nylon strap (typically 6–12 inches long) and a mounting base with pre-drilled holes or adhesive backing. The base can be screwed into surfaces or attached with industrial-grade adhesive, ensuring cables stay securely in place even under tension. This design eliminates sagging and reduces wear from vibration, making it ideal for high-traffic areas or industrial settings.
Heavy-Duty Performance
Constructed from UV-resistant nylon 66, these ties withstand extreme temperatures (-40°C to 90°C) and harsh conditions like moisture, chemicals, and sunlight. Many models support 50–75 lbs tensile strength, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications such as automotive wiring, solar panel installations, and industrial machinery. Stainless steel variants are also available for corrosive environments like marine or chemical plants.
