🌊 Triple anti-corrosion system​
Made of all 316 stainless steel: Contains 2% molybdenum, 50% more resistant to chloride ion corrosion than 304, passes 1000-hour NSS salt spray test (ASTM B117 standard), no pitting, no rust​.
Hot-dip galvanized steel buckle: The buckle parts are 8μm galvanized to form cathodic protection with the straps to avoid galvanic corrosion (applicable to aluminum ship structures)​.
Passivation film process: The surface nano-level passivation layer enhances the ability to resist seawater oxidation, and the mechanical properties are maintained at ≥98% after long-term immersion​.

🔬 Core technology advantages

Gapless bite design: The angle of the locking bevel is optimized to 22°, and a 1500N preload is formed when the cable tie is inserted. The bite gap is less than 0.05mm, which prevents internal corrosion caused by seawater infiltration.

Stress dispersion structure: The annular reinforcement ribs in the middle of the cable tie (height 1.2mm) evenly distribute the concentrated load to the 5cm² contact area to reduce the surface wear of the cable.
