Features: The claws and seals of excellent design, sealing nut have a “click” sound and re-open, can hold cable firmly and have a wider cable range. Resistant to salt water, weak acid, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvency. When shielded cable entries through this cable gland, the brass material contact chips attached in the cable gland will contact with the metal isolated network in the cable, Then the interfering electromagnetic wave will be leaded to the grounding wire, thus the interference source of electromagnetic wave will be evacuated.

Function: Metal Cable Gland is cable supporting products, connector cable can be locked, the other end of the device can access the device through the box body, also can choose thread access according to the entry and outlet of the internal thread electrical equipment.

Product Application:

Instruction:

1.Waterproof cable gland is the matching product of cable, mainly using in the distribution cabinet and distribution box.

2.Gland can lock the cable, the other end of it can plug into to equipment cabinet, screw threads available upon request.

3.The port is on the inner screw threads of electric equipments. It can clamp cables effectively to be waterproof.

4.According to installation materials, it can be divided into pyrocondensation type (the most common one), dry package type, epoxy resin filling type and contraction type.

5.According to core materials, it can be divided into copper core power cable and aluminum core power cable.

6.It can make wiring connecting and keep cable seal, and assure the cable gland can be in insulation protection, so that make it safe to work.

7.If the seal is not so good, it will lose oil and make oil-impregnated paper dry, and the humidity will immerse to the inner of cable to degrade the insulation ability.

2. Customized packing: Header card packing, Blister with card packing, Double Blister packing, Canister packing, other packing can be supplied according to customers requirement.
