Physical properties
The tensile strength of nylon 66 material reaches 80MPa, which is 40% higher than that of ordinary PP cable ties. It passed the 100,000 bending test without cracks and is suitable for frequent vibration environments (such as car engine compartments). The special formula adds anti-ultraviolet agents, and the tensile force can still maintain more than 85% after 3 years of outdoor exposure, solving the problem of easy brittleness of traditional cable ties.

Safety and compliance
The product complies with the EU RoHS 2.0 standard, and the content of harmful substances such as lead and mercury is less than 0.1ppm, and can be directly used for fixing wire harnesses of food processing equipment. Some models are UL E306674 certified and suitable for North American electrical equipment installation. For special needs, FDA-certified food-grade cable ties are also available, which comply with 21 CFR 177.1500 standards.

Environmental adaptability
After continuous use for 1000 hours in an environment with 95% humidity, the tensile force decays by only 5%; it can still work normally after being immersed in water for 48 hours. Users in northern regions can choose the - 60°C cold-resistant type, which maintains flexibility in extremely low temperatures and avoids the risk of brittle fracture.
