Higher strength: Max tensile strength up to 350N (35kg) (regular plastic ties usually only reach 50-100N);
Safer & more durable: RoHS/CE certified, halogen-free, and UL94V2 self-extinguishing (regular plastic may release toxic fumes when burned, and is prone to aging cracking).
Can these cable ties be used to bundle food-grade equipment (e.g., kitchen appliance wiring)?
Yes, but please note the model selection: Our standard cable ties are RoHS/CE certified (free of heavy metals like lead and mercury), but for direct contact with food or food-grade equipment (e.g., wiring near kitchen ovens, refrigerators), we recommend our "food-contact safe" series (model prefix "FCT-", e.g., FCT-3.6×150). This series meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1500 standards (for nylon materials in food contact environments), ensuring no harmful substances leach even at high temperatures (up to 85°C).
