Working Principle & Operating Mechanism
The product relies on a pure mechanical one-way self-locking principle, no chemical adhesion, no electronic components, zero failure risk caused by environmental aging, and the working logic is stable and reliable for long-term service.

Tensioning Process
The toothed belt body is inserted through the reserved guide hole of the locking head. The inclined tooth structure on the belt body smoothly pushes away the built-in precision steel ball/elastic locking plate inside the lock head. The unidirectional open guide structure allows the belt body to advance freely with low resistance, and the bundling tightness can be adjusted continuously according to the on-site gap without gear limit dead spots.

Self-Locking & Anti-Slip Principle
When the belt body is subjected to reverse pulling force (vibration displacement, gravity sag, external tension), the tooth groove on the belt body is automatically clamped with the precision locking core inside the lock head. The conical cavity structure inside the lock head makes the steel ball produce wedge self-locking effect under reverse tension. The greater the reverse tension, the tighter the fitting degree of the locking structure, realizing real-time dynamic anti-loosening.
