For companies applying nylon ties, selecting high-quality nylon ties is a prerequisite for manufacturing. Before purchasing goods, we must master the goods, which is very prone to problems at these levels. Harness belt rupture is a difficult problem often encountered in the whole process of nylon cable tie application, manufacturing and storage. What are the factors that actually lead to harness belt rupture?
1) The selected specifications and models are not suitable: the tensile force that can be borne by each specification and model of nylon tie is different. The smaller the total width, the different tensile force that can be borne. If the unsuitable specifications and models are selected, it is very easy to break.
2) The temperature is too high or too low: the raw material of nylon tie is PA66, and its cold resistance is relatively poor. It is all normal for the temperature to be cold and break in winter. If you want to deal with this problem, you can add some raw materials that are cold resistant and have good solubility with polyester 66. Under high temperature standards, nylon ties will also quickly turn yellow and break. We should immediately adopt the Countermeasures of replenishing water and moisturizing. A certain amount of mineral water can be sprayed with a water spray pot to reduce the dehydration condition.
3) Storage time is too long: PA66 is a kind of rubber product, but there is a problem of embrittlement in all plastics. The molecular formula of the harness belt will be dissolved and oxidized by air for long-term storage, plus the outflow of water, so it will also cause the brittle fracture of nylon tie belt.
4) Exposure to the sun without shading: after exposure to the sun, fog or moisture will appear in the nylon tie packing box, as if it had just been fished out of the water. Because polyester has the characteristics of moisture absorption and release, if it is applied or stored under such high-temperature standards, the water in it will evaporate quickly. Once the required water is lost, its characteristics will change and its tensile strength will be reduced.
5) Production and manufacturing of raw materials: in order to control the cost, some nylon ribbon enterprises choose secondary plastics to process modified materials. This raw material must undergo several high-temperature cutting and modeling designs. The molecular formula of the raw material itself has changed greatly, and its characteristics have been reduced by more than half, plus dissolution, air oxidation, etc. Nylon ties should also ensure their flexibility. Generally, polyester has a water absorption capacity of 3-8% in the period. When the molecular formula is destroyed, no matter how to steam it, other moisture absorption methods will not help, which determines its ductility and is naturally easy to break
6) Production, manufacturing and processing process problems: the correlation of injection molding is also very key, so as to facilitate the convenient and simple forming and good practical operation. According to increasing the barrel temperature and accelerating the injection time of injection molding, these will also cause product quality problems of the harness belt itself.
