Nylon 66 Cable Tie
These specialized ties are crafted from nylon 6/6 or nylon 6 blended with UV stabilizers, waterproof additives, and anti-oxidants, enhancing resistance to environmental stressors. Unlike generic nylon ties, they retain mechanical properties and structural integrity when exposed to harsh weather, making them ideal for long-term outdoor use in construction, utilities, agriculture, and more.
Core material: UL certified nylon 66 (PA66) injection molding, with high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
Fire resistance: Meets UL94V-2 flame retardant standard, some models are UL94V-0 certified, suitable for environments with high fire protection requirements.
Anti-ultraviolet: Black models with added carbon black (such as UV Resistant series) can effectively resist ultraviolet rays and extend outdoor service life.
Temperature range: The normal working temperature is - 40℃ to 85℃, and some models can withstand high temperatures of 140℃ for a short time.
