Conventional cables (such as network cables and HDMI cables, with a diameter of 5mm-10mm): Choose models with a length of 130mm-150mm and a width of 8mm. The bundle diameter should be ≤20mm, ensuring both strength and flexibility.
Thick cables (such as power cables, with a diameter of 10mm-25mm): Choose models with a length of 180mm-200mm and a width of 12mm-16mm. The tensile strength should be ≥50 lbs. The bundle diameter should be ≤38mm to ensure a secure, non-loose bundle.

This depends on the product model. The core rules are as follows:
Regular (Disposable) Design: Most standard models are self-locking, disposable. Removal requires cutting the cable tie with a tool and cannot be reused (forcible removal can damage the push pin base or locking mechanism).
Unlockable (Custom) Design: We offer custom designs with a "locking buckle" that releases the cable tie by pressing it. The cable tie can be reused 2-3 times. However, please note that the tensile strength decreases by 15%-20% (from ≥50 lbs to ≥40 lbs) after repeated use. This is only recommended for non-critical applications (such as DIY home cable management) and is not recommended for industrial applications (such as automotive engine compartments).
Adjustment Tip: If temporary adjustments are needed after installation, loosen the cable tie and re-tighten it (provided it's not completely tightened) without cutting the excess. This avoids wasteful removal.
